Kevin Andreassend – combines a background of audio visual production, consultation, technical support, AV system integration. He works with global clients especially in the interactive display screen and Formula One simulation market. Kevin began his life long interest in Audio Visual at the tender age of 7yr with his first home theatre under the kitchen table.
<In a former life he was a Field Engineer with Toledo Scales and BARCO sales engineer. Currently represents a number of international manufacturers and is familiar with international representation and distribution requirements on behalf of patent owning manufacturers. Active in import / export procedures and maintains a MAF registered facility.
He has a wide range of relevant experience including off shore product procurement, container shipping, implementing audio visual technologies, multi media systems, product management, video production infra structure, TV broadcast systems, DVD production. He brings video suite hardware design and integration, editing, camera person and live switching abilities. Today ICE AV distributes a range of cutting edge display and interactive technologies including Daytime projection. He has extensive product knowledge in the AV sector, technical integration, installation, responding to tenders and costing. His company ICE AV Technology Ltd is a regional distribution and business partner for Glus Gtek in New Zealand.
Owner of SimDeck Formula Simulators, building F1 styled race car simulators and ICE AV Technology Ltd the New Zealand distributor for Glux, one of China’s premier LED screen manufacturers who wowed the world with their Beijing Olympics opening cereomony. He is currently serving his second year on the Raffles College of Design and Commerce New Zealand, Local Advisory Committee for the Diploma in Business, NZDipBus programme and the Research Committee.
Kevin is the current serving President of the Auckland ICT Cluster where he actively works at building member interests.
